Article 13(The constituation) 13.1 The SOMALILAND ENERGY FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVLEOPMENT          ORGANIZTION Board of founder, whose signature are attached, approving this      constitution from 22 November 2007. This constitution will be legal binding      document until ratified by al least 2/3 of the members in GA meeting. 13.2 If issues that are not written in this constitution arise during the period      between two assemblies, that can affect the work if not solved quickly, the      Board of founders will call an extra ordinary GA meeting.      If the raised constitutional issue cannot affect the work , the BOD will record it      and present in the next  GA meeting for discussion and approval Article 14(Authentic Text & certified copies) This Constitution, done in the English language authentic, shall be deposited in the safe of SESDO.
