.          Article 8(Election Process System) 8.1 Organizing the GA meeting 8.1.1 The BOD will invite members when the time is due of the GA or founder member request so 8.1.2 BOD will prepare tentative agenda 8.1.3 The agenda will be approved by the GA 8.1.4 The assembly will elect a chairing person and secretary for the meeting 8.1.5 the chairing person and secretary have their own votes in all issues during meeting process , like the other members 8.1.6 the duration GA meeting is three days, 21^st – 23^rd of sep and election day will be 23^rd sep in every 2 years 8.1.7 GA decisions will take place only with the presence of the members 8.1.8 GA members voting will be only by presence not a proxy 8.2 BOD ELECTION 8.2.1 GA members will elect 3 BOD  members with their titles 8.2.2 Other 2 board member will be nominate by the board of founder 8.2.3 Votes will be on secret pallets 8.2.4 The candidates that have got the highest votes will be winners 8.2.5 If one of elected BOD  refuse to accept the BOD  position the next candidate will replace according to the given votes 8.3 EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR 8.3.1 executive director position interesting candidates will submit their application to BOD 8.3.2 The ED candidates will submit their application within 48 hours The BOD  will decide the ED and will inform the winner ED in written Contact Us | Terms of Use | Copyright| Privacy Statement copy right©2003-2010 Somaliland Energy for sustainble Develomment org                    Designed and coded by csalan & sacad
