.                                                         7.2.10.15 POWER OF VICECHAIRPERSON  Assisting and deputize the chairperson  Chairing of the BOD meeting when the chairperson is awary 7.2.10.16 POWER OF SECRATRY  Taking BOD meetings  Filling BOD documents 7.2.10.17 POWER OF TREASURER  CO-signing major organizational level financial transactions With ED after BOD agrees/authorizes  Controlling program and organizational expenditure according to the approved BOD budget heads  Collecting membership subscription and maintaining its records  Verifying financial reports submitted by ED according to the financial systems 7.2.10.18 The  meeting of BOD are twice a month 7.2.10.19 The BOD  can meet without ED 7.2.10.20 The BOD will meet specific date for their meeting 7.2.10.21 The BOD can also have extraordinary meeting according to work situation 7.2.10.22 In the extra ordinary meeting the BOD member has aright to be informed prior of the                       meetings al least 48 hours 7.2.10.23 Cessation of BOD  membership is by : 7.2.10.24 Dismissal by the GA and the board of founders for the following reasons  Corruption scandals  Theft  Violation of organizational policies 7.2.10.25 if the 2/3 of  BOD agree that he/she is guild of allegation ,BOD can accuse with in two                       weeks and  board of founders will sign. Written resignation Not been able to continue his/her work for health reason problem if the BOD member’s absenteeism reaches 50% of the constitutional meeting is a quarter of the year he/she will get a written warning from the BOD. If the absenteeism of the constitutional meetings continues and reaches another 50% of she second quarter of the year BOD will accuse his/her and raise the issue of the board of founder.
