Management Team 7.4.1 Management team is employees and their hiring and dismissal is according to the policies 7.4.2 Management team are members who are heads of department and projects 7.4.3 The purpose of the management team is to be a network and to organize day-to-day activities 7.4.4 The ED appoints the management team and approved by the BOD 7.4.5 The management is answerable to ED , and supervises the departments and projects of the organization 7.4.6 The management team contracts are according to the needs of the departments and projects 7.4.7 The responsibilities of the management team are : 7.4.7.1 implementing day-to-day activities 7.4.7.2 networking with departments and projects 7.4.7.3 assisting the ED in making managerial decisions 7.4.7.4 management team will submit monthly action plan to the ED 7.4.7.5 Reporting monthly to the ED about the ongoing activities of the projects or departments 7.4.7.6 Budgeting ,planning and implementing of the projects 7.4.7.7 Improving organizational publicity 7.4.7.8 The meeting of management team is once a week according to the personal policy 7.4.7.9 Cessation of management team member is by : Dismissal by the ED according to Personal policy
