Organs The structure of SESDO shall be composed of the flowing organs: 7.1 General assembly (GA). 7.2 General assembly (GA) is the highest organ of the organizational structure 7.3. General assembly members are : 7.1.2.1 The founder of SESDO those who dedicated their time and efforts as the organization become in Somaliland. 7.1.2.2 The GA members are those who adopted and followed fully the rules and regulation of the organization and survive from the long route of evaluation that SESDO has passed through. 7.1.2.3 Therefore, the GA members have respect and priority in the organization at all levels, 7.1.2.4 The purpose of the GA to be an organ for guarding SESDO. 7.1.2.5 The GA members are the permanent members unless the GA member decides, on his or her own will, to resign or if death event come to the GA member. 7.1.3 any person who holds ED post, BOD or senior management positions in a similar NGO to SESDO he or she cannot hold those positions in SESDO at the same period 7.1.4 The responsibility of GA is: 7.1.4.1 Electing the BOD (leadership of the organization) 7.1.4.2 Approving and amending the constitution and organizational policies. 7.1.4.3 GA meeting is once in every two years or when 2/3 (in calculation e.g. ½ will be considered one and below half will be considered zero of the GA request and extra ordinary meeting.
