Privacy and website terms

Updated 6 October 2026.

Public information

This website displays matches and news approved for publication by SESDO staff. It does not provide a public sign-in, payment checkout or enquiry form, and does not use analytics tracking. Hosting infrastructure may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the website.

Connected services

Match and news information comes from the SESDO staff system. Google Fonts supplies website fonts. Facebook and Google Maps links take you to separate services with their own privacy practices. Private staff records and ID-card portraits are not published through the match and news feed.

Corrections and enquiries

For a correction to published information or an organisation enquiry, use the SESDO Facebook page while official email and phone details await confirmation. Do not send private ID documents, passwords or other sensitive records in an initial message.

Matches and purchases

Check the latest official match announcements before travelling. This website does not sell tickets or collect subscription payments. If you purchase through a separate booking service, read that service's payment, cancellation and refund terms before paying.
